Reliable digital signage

This isn't my first time using Kitcast. I've been a customer for about a year now, mainly for digital menu boards in a few of my locations. Consistency is key for my business, and Kitcast has been reliable. My previous experience was smooth, and this latest setup for a new location went just as well. The dashboard is familiar, and I appreciate that the features I rely on haven't changed much. It works well with our existing Fire TV sticks. That reliability is why I keep coming back; I don't have time to deal with tech issues.

Good for corporate lobby displays

I used Kitcast for our corporate lobby displays, specifically with Apple TV hardware. The setup was pretty straightforward. I signed up for the 14-day free trial first to test it out, which was helpful. The content management system is fairly intuitive; I was able to upload our videos and custom branding fairly quickly. Scheduling different content throughout the day also worked as advertised. We had a small issue with a particular video format not displaying correctly, and their support team responded within a few hours and helped us get it sorted. The remote screen management is a big plus for us, as our displays are spread out. Overall, it's a solid solution for managing multiple screens without a lot of hassle.

Fantastic wayfinding solution!

Kitcast is amazing! We needed a robust wayfinding signage solution for our large building, and this delivered. The templates were a huge time-saver, and the ability to customize them was perfect. Managing all the screens remotely from one dashboard is incredibly convenient. Our visitors love the new interactive displays. The offline playback mode is a great feature too, just in case. I'm so impressed, this really elevated our space!

Good value for annual plan

I was looking for an affordable digital signage option and decided to try Kitcast. I took advantage of the annual billing discount, which saved me a good chunk of change compared to monthly. The initial investment felt worth it because of that. I'm using it for internal communications software on a couple of Android TVs. It's practical, does what I need, and the pricing made sense for my budget. Setup was fine, no big surprises. Glad I went with the annual plan.

Thinking of signing up for Kitcast for my small cafe. Is the 14-day trial actually full-featured or is it super limited?

S Sofia Garcia 2 weeks ago
Yeah, the trial is basically the whole thing. You get to test out all the features before committing.

It's pretty good! I used it for my office displays and didn't feel like I was missing anything important during the trial period. Enough to see if it works for your setup.

If I go with the annual billing, how much do you actually save? Is it a big difference or just a few bucks?

A Alex C. 1 month ago
It's usually a decent chunk. Like, 15-20% off compared to paying monthly. Worth it if you're planning on sticking around.

Definitely save a good bit with annual. I did it and it felt like getting a couple of months free almost.

is kitcast better than screencloud? trying to decide between the two for a new office setup.

A Adam D. 4 weeks ago
I've used both. Kitcast feels a bit more streamlined if you're heavily invested in the Apple ecosystem, but ScreenCloud has more integrations. Depends on what you prioritize.

For me, Kitcast was way easier to get going, especially with Apple TV. ScreenCloud felt a bit clunkier to set up initially, but they're both solid options.

Hey, anyone know if Kitcast has any discounts for non-profits? Trying to set up some info screens for our community center.

B Brittany Roberts 1 month ago
I think they do, yeah. I remember seeing something about it on their site when I was looking into it for a friend's charity.

Yep, they definitely offer a non-profit discount. You should reach out to their sales team or check the pricing page, it's usually listed there.
